I started my career in healthcare.
As a first quest to improve my own health; I began practicing yoga more than 7 years now. I am very interested in both the physical and spiritual principles of yoga and how it relates to our own human experience. I choose to become a teacher to empower myself and to ultimately share that experience with others.
