Dara Magie is a Registered Yoga Teacher e-RYT YACEP with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School RYS I am a Yoga Teacher Trainer and Yoga Therapist in the tradition of Krishnamacharya My focus is teaching teachers how to teach asana pranayama mantra bhavana restorative yoga yoga nidra sequencing and teaching methodology I am currently only taking private students who are seeking to understand the tools and philosophy of yoga for understanding the internal and external world My primary areas of focus are creating and integrating daily yoga and ayurveda practices including: asana pranayama mantra and meditation for individuals who suffer from anxiety panic disorder depression and post traumatic stress disorder I continue my studies at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai India under the tutelage of my teacher V Srinivasan.
