Darla DuTilly is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS I live in Virginia but call Pittsburgh my home I teach a hatha style class chair class and vinyasa My style is fluid and instructional focusing on alignment and breath I am always looking for new inspiration for my classes I enjoy sharing my knowledge and inspiration to help my students deepen their practicde I am a credited instructor through the Asheville Yoga Center and earned my hours through Transform Power Yoga here in Haymarket Virginia When Im not teaching yoga you can find me spending time with my family creating a DIY project practicing pottery or painting and sharing coffee time with friends My favorite yoga style is Vinyasa and my favorite pose is Half Moon.
