
Yoga has been part of my life for more than years and teaching for over has been one of my greatest joys I completed my -hour training with YogaWorks and also hold a certification as a Physical and Sports Therapy Aide but what truly shapes my teaching is the love and gratitude I feel for this practice every single day For me yoga is more than movement—its a way of coming home to myself finding balance and creating harmony between body and mind This is what I love to share with my students: the tools not only to refine their poses and improve posture but also to nurture themselves with compassion and awareness I will always be a student at heart humbled and grateful for the wisdom my teachers have passed on to me and for the chance to share it with others Yoga has changed my life in countless ways and it is my hope that it can do the same for you Namaste.
