Over the past 21 years, Darrin has explored a variety of yoga lineages and styles.
On his journey to gather perspective he experienced the energy of fitness yoga, the fervor of Kundalini, the ritual of Ashtanga, the precision and brilliance of B.K.S. Iyengar and the surprising challenge of Restorative yoga.In 2015, Darrin completed his 200hr training with Eileen Muir at Karuna Center for Yoga in Northampton, MA. He is honored to continue his yoga journey as a student and teacher within the global community.Darrin's teaching is influenced by his yearning to share the benefits of mindfulness and yoga with people of all ages and abilities. He has over 10 years of teaching experience both in the U.S. and abroad, including his time serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa.His classes mix a formal Kinesiology & Health education with a grounded, sincere attitude and creative prop use that sparks interest and deepens practice.
