David began practicing yoga to deal with a stiff back and neck, and an increasingly limited range of motion. 12 hour days at a desk in the corporate world had left him feeling like a weak old man while barely in his thirties. Once finding a regular practice at a yoga studio, David was hooked and enrolled in teacher training in Boston. Having a consistent, daily practice and the deeper physical and mental impact it had on him led him to open Sun Dragon Yoga in Peachtree Corners. David has had the privilege of studying with many great teachers, including Barbara Benagh, Judith Hanson Lasater, and Natasha Rizopoulous.
