Dawn Bisek is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS  Dawn holds the specialty designations of Registered Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher RPYT as well as Accessible Yoga Teacher Dawn in found her way to an Iyengar yoga class in order to try to find relief from chronic back pain  With her consistent yoga practice she began to notice a shift not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well  That first step back in changed the course of her life  Since then she has practiced a variety of styles of asana including Iyengar Ashtanga Yin Restorative and Vinyasa flow and studies and practices the eight limbs of yoga  She oftentimes incorporates pranayama meditation and chanting into her asana classes Dawn enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to guide others along their yoga journey   Dawn admires and follows Senior level Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher Marla Apt and studies and practices with her when possible   Continuing education trainings include Yoga Nidra Trauma informed Yoga Yoga to alleviate depression Yoga for mental and emotional well being anxiety/stress Yoga for grief Yoga for Osteoporosis/Osteopenia Yoga for a healthy back Yoga for healthy digestion arm balances Sanskrit Sacrococcygeal Rhythm Pre/Post natal yoga Adapting yoga for pregnancy and Jivana Heymans Accessible Yoga Yoga is a gift and Dawn is thrilled to share this amazing gift with anyone and everyone  Namaste.
