About
Dawn Kopecki first fell in love with yoga at a gym class in 2006.
That love became a passion that led her to complete her first 200-hour yoga teacher training program with Down Dog in 2009, followed by Dharma Mittra's 200-hour program in NYC in 2011, his 500-hour program in 2013, Peg Mulqueen and Jen Renee's 9-month Ashtanga intensive at Flow in 2015 and Mimi Rieger's 200-hour program in May 2022. Dawn offers a mix of American power yoga with more traditional spiritual teachings passed down from Dharma that she hopes will keep you as challenged, centered and blissed out as it does for her.
