As a lifelong ballet dancer and anatomy nerd Dayna has always naturally been drawn to movement & the practice of yoga! She began teaching dance to young children in at age and immediately fell in love with teaching In she completed her -hour Shambhavananda Yoga Teacher Training through Whole Yoga in Denver with the intention of bringing yoga to her dance students Little did she know this would be the start of a deeply spiritual and life-changing journey! She has since taught over hours of classes in yoga studios fitness centers nursing homes dance studios middle schools and more bringing this beautiful healing practice to all Daynas classes are focused on weaving yogic philosophy into a cohesive accessible feel-good practice In addition to her basic yoga training Dayna has pursued continued education in yin yoga aromatherapy pilates biology and has completed her -hour Yoga Teacher Training with My Vinyasa Practice.
