About
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20 years.
My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, calm and courageous, both on and off the mat. Yoga has taught me the art of grace under pressure; approaching life’s challenges with more ease. Yoga inspires me to live in the moment and move through life with greater awareness of, and compassion for others, as well as myself. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa Flow training with Sonic Yoga New York, my 500 hour advanced teacher training with Absolute Yoga Academy and my Prenatal Yoga Certification with Semperviva, Vancouver. I will always be a student of the practice, enjoying the insight I gain from every new student and teacher I meet. I am grateful for the loving wisdom and support my teachers and mentors have shared with me over the years. My classes are in the vinyasa flow style where I combine creative sequencing, synchronized breath and postural alignment to help my students have fun and feel comfortable while deepening their practice. My classes build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength for a transformative and balancing effect.
