My purpose in this is to improve the quality of life for clients so they can remain mobile and feel independent and mobile. While I'm teaching a Yoga class each week, my passion is to help others have strong balance, endurance, flexibility, strength and live well. As I season in life, I realized how imbalanced and stiff I was becoming. I began doing Yoga and fell in love with it and decided I wanted to teach and help others remain flexible. My flexibility has increased and my balance has improved. My unique Yoga style is Restorative Yoga and Yoga Sculpt in the same class. As wild as that sounds, we hold the positions longer than Vinyasa and a couple of sculpting movements in the middle of the routine then come back into Restorative. My class loves the variety and long stretches as well as the proper alignment that is taught in the poses.
