Yoga has been my lifeline, my anchor, and my doorway back to myself.

About

Yoga has been my lifeline, my anchor, and my doorway back to myself.

My practice is deeply rooted in Eastern philosophy, and I’ve always felt drawn to the traditional teachings that honor yoga as a spiritual discipline rather than simply a physical movement practice. My formal training took me to Nepal, where I studied in the foothills of the Himalayas with teachers who embodied the true essence of the lineage. Immersed in mantra, meditation, pranayama, and classical asana, I learned that yoga is a way of living with intention, presence, and humility. Those months in Nepal reshaped the way I move through the world and continue to guide the way I teach today. For me, yoga is more than something I do — it is something I return to. It is where I reconnect with breath, with intuition, and with the deeper parts of myself that only reveal themselves in stillness. My spiritual practice has carried me through transformation, healing, and self-rediscovery, and it remains the foundation of the work I offer to others. In my classes, I aim to create a grounded, nurturing space that weaves together breathwork, mindful movement, and meditative awareness. My intention is always to help students reconnect with their inner world, build strength with softness, and experience the quiet clarity that yoga brings.Yoga has changed my life, and it is my honor to share this practice with anyone who feels called to step onto the mat and explore their own journey inward.
