She has been meditator for almost 10 years. After exploring many approaches and types of meditation she found a home with mindfulness meditation. In addition to silent retreats, she has trained with the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and is a Qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher.
