Deborah Kime

Deborah has also completed her Pilates Mat Instructor training. Deborah came to yoga for the physical asana to combat a stressful corporate career and found the calming and grounding benefits that came with it. Deborah has had a dedicated personal practice and a passion for yoga for the last 25 years and always dreamed of finding the time to take her yoga teacher training which she fulfilled in 2020. Deborah then went on to complete her 300 hour YTT which she completed in the fall of 2021 and holds a RYT500 designation. Deborah recently completed her Pilates Mat Instructor training. Deborah is passionate about working with children and families to help them find yoga as a way to balance the physical and emotional complexities of youth and offer a mindful family activity. Deborah has completed a 95 Hour Children's and Teens Trauma Informed yoga certification and has achieved her RCYT designation. Deborah also holds a certification to teach Mindful and Chair Yoga for teens. You will find Deborah teaching a variety of classes in studio (Hatha, Flow, Yang Yin, Yin, Pilates) to adults and families and privately to companies and organizations.
