Debbie Lassiter enjoys sharing her passion for yoga and teaching people to become comfortable with their practice at any level She started practicing yoga for the purely physical benefits years ago and soon found that it brought a sense of peace and clarity to her everyday life Interested in sharing yoga with others Debbie completed her initial training in Vinyasa and began her teaching career She has completed additional training in Vinyasa and has expanded her class offerings to include the wonderful balancing practice of Yin and meditation In addition to her personal practice Debbie continues to take advantage of all that yoga has to offer by attending conferences and workshops practicing meditation and studying anatomy and yoga philosophy on a regular basis.
