About

I was born in SanRemo, Italy & moved to the US in 1982.

I live in Scottsdale, AZ where I went to Apollo High School.  I started my Yoga Journey with Bikram in 2008 and after discovering the many balancing & healing effects, I quickly realized I wanted to become an instructor. In order to share these amazing benefits and to further develop my own artistic expressions, I knew I had to outreach & commit to the learning process. I now love sharing my devoted practice with people from all walks of life, inspiring them to become less intimidated and more comfortable with the Unity that Yoga offers everyone. My ever evolving yoga path services the student with an open heart approach. Held in carefully selected & professional settings, classes vary from Light & Rejuvenating Stretches to Heart Pumping & Strengthening Yogic Exercises, blending the core principle of Basic Hatha Yoga with Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa Flows. VISION/MISSION: My dedication to unlock a divine processes in peoples body, minds, and spirits has become my Life’s passion and purpose. Through the power of positive energy, Yoga, Meditation & Nutrition, I am eager to reach out and re-introduce the “Seed” of balance in todays chaotic lifestyles. Thankful to have landed in such a great little place, Wilmington, I am eager to grow and evolve within the City. Beyond that, my hope is to contribute to the development of a strong yoga awareness within the community. Through programs like Aroma Yoga For School Teachers and other various approaches, I plan to spread the word about the many benefits Yoga truly brings forth. Namaste`
