About
I own and operate the Yoga For Life studio in Temecula, California.
The studio specializes in providing yoga for EVERYBODY. Our goal is to make yoga enjoyable and accessible to anyone that wants to practice. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center in 2005, in addition I completed a 90-hour training program on Viniyoga with Colette Herrick in Salt Lake City in 2006. I have since taken numerous hours of training with world renowned instructors at the annual Yoga Journal conferences in San Diego. I have logged over 9000 hours of yoga instruction. I have written a manual on the principles of effective meditation, and teach 5-week Meditation I training programs on a regular basis at the studio. I specialize in teaching Classic Hatha yoga for beginner to intermediate students, as well as Yin and Restorative yoga classes. I love to adapt yoga to the specific needs of each individual practitioner in class, and sharing the well-being of yoga and meditation with my students. I lead and conduct annual and semi-annual yoga and meditation retreats. I have hosted 7-10 day retreats in Kauai', Sedona, and Temecula. In October of 2015 Artistry of Yoga-School and YTT will begin its first 200-hour teacher training program. Contact us via email for the details pertaining to our new school of yoga. I enjoy hiking, golf, acrylic painting, chanting, and teaching.
