Debra practiced and enjoyed yoga at home for many years before joining a yoga studio. Her love and appreciation of yoga deepened as she experienced the joy and sense of community that comes from practicing with others. She has a passion to share her love of yoga and is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Debra looks for the radiance and beauty in each student's practice, using breath and movement to lead students in the discovery of their most amazing selves. Each class is intended as an opportunity for students to connect deeply to mind and body leaving class feeling awesome in their bodies. She believes that yoga is a creative way to bring joy, awareness, and wholeness to our lives both on and off our mats. When not practicing or teaching yoga, she loves to hike, jog, write, create beauty in her gardens, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
