As far back as I can remember, I have always felt this vibrant pulse of glowing energy within me wanting and waiting to be given to others, freely and never expecting anything in return.
Just to see a genuine smile in the eyes of someone receiving this gift brings me pure happiness. For the past 30 years, I have had the honor to give this gift of beauty and self-confidence from the outside in to our community by serving as President and CEO of Charles Penzone Incorporated. My career started out by sharing my hands and heart as a hair stylist and grew from there. Yoga means “unity”. LIT Life + Yoga is the final thread that weaves my life purpose together. Our aim is to create an open, loving community – inspiring self-care, mindfulness and overall wellness and giving the gift of a LIFE+ from the inside out. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). I have also completed a Meditation Teacher Training program as well as a 50 hour AIReal YOGA Teacher Training with Carmen Curtis (RYS).
