I completed my yoga teacher training (200 hrs) at The Joyful School of Yoga in Cooper City, Florida.
Yoga was introduced to me by a close friend and I noticed how it helped me manage my chronic pain. I decidied to do my YTT for some personal growth and get some more indepth knowledge about yoga and its practice - it made me love yoga even more. After moving to Florida and living in my community for a little while, a friend asked if I could teach Chair Yoga. I had never taken a Chair Yoga class let alone taught one. I signed myself up for a Chair Yoga course, got my certification and started to teach. I teach Chair Yoga to the residents in my condo community. It has quickly become one of the most popular activities in the community. I focus on helping build strength, balance, stretching everything out and having fun.
