Her love for yoga started to grow from inside; from that tiny spark that is in everyone but we sometimes forget about. Her classes are creative, playful and sometimes inspired by her current DIY project. Yoga is a lot like life, and life is a lot like yoga; both requiring balance, breathing and sweat equity. She uses the delicious combination of restorative yoga, breath awareness, meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki in Urban Zen Integrative Therapyᵀᴹ sessions to help those on the cancer journey. Which for her is like a road trip, with stops, lots of bumps and long hauls. She is compassionate and non judgmental and lets each class unfold as it should for your physical, spiritual and emotional health and well being. Her goal is to inspire students to love life and yoga, just as her teachers have done for her.
