Demi Wong is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT- with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS She completed her -month study under experienced Iyengar instructors in May After years of exploring yoga in the privacy of her own bedroom Demi attended her first vinyasa flow class in "For the first time I felt connected to and comfortable in my own body I learned that yoga was so much more than a physical practice In many ways yoga mended my heart and brought me closer to God" After two year of practice she knew that she must share this sweet gift with others Demi completed her -hour prenatal training in Joshua Tree in She currently lives in California with her husband and two sons Demi holds a bachelors degree in Philosophy and a minor in Art.
