Hi Im Dena and I specialize in Hatha Yin Restorative and Gentle Yoga My passion lies in the slower more meditative styles of yoga that nurture the connection between mind body and spirit Whether youre seeking a moment of calm improved flexibility or a deeper sense of self-awareness my classes are designed to meet you where you are and create a space for growth and restoration As a proud military veteran my journey to yoga began as a way to find peace of mind after years of exploring various healing modalities Yoga became the anchor I had been searching for offering clarity balance and a sense of wholeness I now strive to share with others I love incorporating elements of astrology into my classes when it feels aligned blending cosmic insights with mindful movement for a truly unique experience Im lucky to call Cocoa Beach Floridas Space Coast home where I live with my wonderful husband and our two cats Castor and Pollux I look forward to sharing the gift of yoga with you and supporting your journey to inner peace and well-being.
