Leibowitz, MS, LCADC, CHT, ERYT-500, founder of ZenLife Yoga Boutique & Juice Bar and the Center for Mental Health, LLC (“CMH”) is one of the area’s leading instructors. She conducts workshops and teacher trainings, and has previously established wellness centers in Maryland. Dena is a certified yoga instructor. She is registered with the national Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level. Dena is also a licensed Psychotherapist with a specialty in Addiction Disorders and over 22 years of clinical experience. Her integrative approach to counseling combines years of clinical experience with cognitive behavioral and traditional psychotherapy, with holistic including; mindfulness, Kabbalah, NLP, hypnotherapy, yoga, reiki, motivational and wellness coaching. Dena teaches a Vinyasa, breath-driven style of yoga that is emotion-oriented, spiritually inspiring, yet grounded in a deep knowledge of optimal body alignment in the poses. She encourages her students to listen to their body, respect its wisdom, and to progress at their own pace. Deep relaxation is also taught in each class after completion of the postures. Dena assists students in the development of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being: a truly priceless health advantage.
