Ever since attending her first class in 1999, Denise Bischof has been inspired to help others relieve the tensions and stress of modern life through the powers of yoga. After completing her training with Loa Freeman at Success Naturally, she became certified through Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the level of E-RYT500 and as a Relax and Renew Trainer through internationally recognized teacher Judith Lasater. Denise has a compassionate and insightful teaching style that inspires others to connect to their own source of wellbeing and inner peace. By bringing her own life experiences and depth of knowledge about yoga and nutrition into the classroom, Denise creates an environment that allows her students to find balance in their lives, on and off the mat. In 2016, Denise became a certified life coach with Transform Coaching Academy. Now she is on a mission to help others manage stress and achieve their highest potential in a sustainable and joyful way.
