Denise Lapides is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher E-RYT with Yoga Alliance since 2003.
She has received an E-RYT certification in Hatha yoga from Golden Heart Yoga in Maryland, is a graduate of Mt Madonna College of Ayurveda, and is a Board Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Certified Yoga Therapist and registered member of NAMA. Denise has lead retreats internationally to Guatemala, Mexico, Machu Picchu and Costa Rica and continues to expand her reach leading teacher trainings with her school Divine Light Yoga 200HR Foundational Program and the Divine Light 300HR Advanced Program. She continues her education and practice with immersions with the White Lotus Foundation in California and immersions in India and South America as well as continuing education in Ayurveda with Dr Lad in Albuquerque NM and in Yoga therapy with the Soul of Yoga in San Diego CA. Denise completed one year of her Masters In Ayurveda with Mt Madonna College of Ayurveda and completed hours to certify with The International Yoga Therapy Association with the Soul of Yoga in San Diego CA in January 2019. http://wwwdivinelightyogacom/
