I love teaching classes that meet students where they are, helping them connect with their bodies and refresh their minds.
I completed a 200-hour certification with Mahi Power Yoga in India, and continue to learn every time I teach and practice yoga. Outside the studio, you’ll find me growing vegetables, camping in the mountains, or producing videos to support social-justice organizations.
