An international yoga teacher, artist, performer, and kick ass mother, Denise has lived her life alongside yoga masters such as; Dharma Mittra, Sat Jiwan Singh Khalsa, and Yogi Bhajan, studying, practicing, inspiring, and teaching for more than 30 years.
Denise has an innate ability to see people through their chakras and to address the individual in the context of a class or group training...always moving the focus away from her as a teacher and insisting it stay on the students personal development. Students come to Denise when they want to abandoned all of the trendy ideas about yoga and really get into their practice and create something that will truly last a lifetime. She creates a highly-informative, motivating and fun atmosphere that allows yogis to ease into knowing themselves, while being thrust into loving themselves for who they are today. Few people leave class untouched, unchanged or uninspired. Denise is currently living in Bali with her son, teaching classes, workshops, private and group trainings all over the world.
