Denise started practicing yoga years ago to reduce stress and increase mobility. She quickly discovered that yoga was the most effective method to live with intent, cultivate gratitude and improve her mood. Denise finds pleasure in guiding her students toward mindfulness, self-compassion, and improved mobility, on and off the mat. A curious student herself, she continues to study extensively, completing specific training in Kundalini yoga and Reiki healing. She is also a certified meditation coach and a sound bath practitioner.
