Dennis McGuire started taking yoga classes in 1976 and was first certified to teach in 1980.
He completed his 200-hour Yoga Alliance training at Yoga Works in Santa Monica, CA, in 2001 and has taught continually since then. Dennis has been strongly influenced by the Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara traditions and is very grateful to have been able to learn from numerous world-class teachers. Dennis creates yoga classes that exercise and stretch the entire body in a balanced way, within the individual limits of each student.
