Denver Clark

She previously owned and operated Blue Mountain Yoga studio in Blue Ridge Ga from 2009-2016 and acted as the director and school coordinator for Heartwood Yoga Institute, building their online programs and curriculum from 2016-2023. She now owns and operates Embodied Health, offering Teacher Training at the 200-hour level and RCYT Children's Yoga Training both accredited with Yoga Alliance. Our 300 hour course will be available in 2025. Denver has also founded yogateachersupport.com, an online resource connecting yoga teachers to free supportive content, continuing education and community networking opportunities to expand their horizons. Denver teaches anatomy and physiology for existing schools with Yoga Alliance, offering functional movement exercises to enhance the learning experience. She is also a massage therapist, reiki master and certified Ayurvedic bodywork practitioner. As a lifelong full-bodied woman, yoga has helped address Denver's relationship with body image and self-esteem and her classes resonate with lessons of self-awareness and acceptance. She is available for classes, workshops, retreats, YTT training and mentorship for schools and teachers.
