Denys Morgan, E-RYT-500, LMT has been working professionally with movement and fitness since 1986.
She has extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and yoga philosophy.with higher education in Biology and Psychology. She brings great enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep dedication to her work. In 1994, Denys founded Total Body Solutions offering a holistic approach to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. As a bodyworker, spiritual mentor and teacher, she relies deeply on her intuition and inspiration from her many gurus and teachers. Bhakti is at the heart of all of her work. Denys began her yoga journey in 1992 at the Reese Institute for Massage Therapy in Orland, FL. There she received formal training in yoga via Shiatsu massage. In the early 90's, Denys was initiated into Kriya Yoga and became a member of The Self Realization Fellowship. With over 800-hours of formal training from various schools of yoga, she has developed an eclectic blend of several styles of yoga including: Hatha, Ashtanga, Bhakti, Kundalini Yoga, Osho’s Dynamic Meditations and Sound Therapy. Some of her certifications include: RYT 200-hour through Yoga Alliance International in Dharamshala, India and a 200-hour Level I Instructor with the Kundalini Research Institute, in New Mexico. In 2017, Denys created a program she calls "Stay Sane," which incorporates Kundalini Yoga to help those struggling with mental health issues. Denys has spent a great deal of time in ashrams all over India and has lead several retreats to Costa Rica and India. In 2015, Denys co-founded the Ananda Bhakti Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program and in 2019, Denys co-founded the Conscious Embodiment Yoga Teacher Training program. Denys considers herself a global citizen and has lived and taught yoga in England, Italy, Costa Rica and India and is always planning her next trip abroad! For more info, visit: www.denysmorgan.com
