I specialize in students over 50 years old, and with age related physical challenges as well as chronic conditions such as arthritis and fibromyalgi.
My classes include Yin, Restorative, Hatha, and Aquatic yoga. I am an E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500 teacher with an MS in Health Education. I am a YACEP offering fun and important continuing education workshops for yoga teachers. I teach private sessions, and small groups focusing on the individual needs of my students.
