Diana believes fitness and wellness are not one-size-fits-all journeys; both are lifelong commitments made through daily commitments to becoming the strongest and healthiest version of yourself, both inside and out.Her wellness path began over 20 years ago in the fitness industry, where she discovered how movement can transform not only the body, but also the mind. As a Certified Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor, she helps clients build strength and confidence through education, motivation and support. She meets people exactly where they are and is committed to delivering classes and programs, centered around proper form, injury prevention and gradual progress, that align with an individual’s goals and lifestyle.As a certified yoga teacher, Diana hopes to instill in those she is privileged to teach that strength is more than physical. It is balance, breath and presence. Integrating mindfulness with movement, her goal is to empower students to feel capable, grounded and at home within themselves – both on and off the mat.
