Although I had done yoga with videos and online, it wasn't until 2011 when I walked into my very first yoga class that I fell completely in love with the practice. Since then, yoga has overflowed my heart, brought clarity to my mind, and peace to my soul. I later received my RYT 200 Yoga Training through YogaMukta where I was even more inspired and motivated to not only practice yoga, but to share my passion for it with others. As an instructor, I hope to guide my students through their journey as they discover all that yoga has to offer. As a co-owner of Body4Yoga Yoga Studio, I hope to introduce yoga to our Hialeah community. As quoted by T.K.V.
