Exercise has always been a part of my life Being a dental hygienist for over years has put a lot of strain on my body especially my neck and back About years ago I started practicing yoga on and off Trying to find the perfect type of exercises for my maturing body I found myself taking more yoga classes Wanting to enhance my knowledge of yoga I decided to train to become yoga teacher and found so much more I am a certified RYT yoga instructor want to help others embrace yoga for its strength both physically and mentally I feel everyone should be able to do yoga and concentrate my teaching to Chair and Basic Yoga As a yoga teacher I want to be able to inspire students to gain strength and confidence to smile love themselves and enjoy yoga- then take that spirit and spread it out into the world.
