I teach yoga and mindfulness that serves every body, size, gender, age, economic status, race, and disability.
I strive to make yoga safe, affordable, and trauma sensitive. I am an LCSW providing therapy and EMDR to folks with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss. I believe yoga and meditation are part of a holistic and balanced life. I started a non-profit 501 (C), which strives to bring free yoga to under-served communities and populations. I provide psychotherapy and yoga in Florida and in Maine.
