She has been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2003 and is now a Senior teacher of the Yoga Nidra Professional Training at the Amrit Yoga Institute. Furthering her studies to helping people create balance and harmony in their lives she became a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master and Reflexologist. Using these modalities, she helps people reduce stress and let go of physical, mental and emotional issues in her private practice in Los Angeles.
