Born and raised in Delavan, WI, we moved to Naples, FL in 1989 and raised our family; retired in June 2021 and moved to Kingsland, Ga in 2024. I am a Yoga instructor- certified through Yoga Den (Mandarin) Member of Yoga Alliance since 2022; and my practice is insured through Alliant Insurance. There are many ways Yoga can help you: Come unwind with us! Practicing yoga can help with body awareness, flexibility, strength and mobility. Gentle Yoga Decrease stress, increase focus and promote a stronger connection with yourself while letting your breath melt your stress away. Great for beginners! Yoga flow will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced. Length: Varies 30-60 minutes Hatha Yoga An ideal beginner class, hatha yoga focuses on slower movements with a greater emphasis on instruction and breath for all age and fitness levels. Length: 45 minutes Yoga Flow Connect your mind and body with yoga asanas, vinyasas, and conscious breathing, stretching and relaxation postures. Remember that yoga is an individual practice, where all judgment, competition, and expectations are gone. The focus is internal – and on your own practice. Yoga is a great way to connect breath, body, and mind. Length: Varies 45-60 minutes Practicing Yoga: Improves respiration. As you breathe deeper, more oxygenated blood courses through your circulatory system. Strengthens immunity. During physical practice, the lymphatic system is strengthened, and toxins are swept away. Lowers risk of disease. Increases flexibility. Boosts vitality and empowerment. Restores balance. Prepares you for change. Life is Good! Choose to take care of yourself!
