I am humbled and honored to have the opportunity to teach the practice of Yoga This amazing Practice changed my life; in fact saved my life and I am forever grateful to my teachers fellow students and all those individuals that have shared with me I love my students; I learn so much from them and I enjoy getting up everyday and sharing my love of this practice Peaceful Warrior Yoga School has been a special love for me To guide students through an intensive hours study of my favorite subject has been a huge blessing for me I honor all those that take a leap of faith and trust in me to help guide them along a very special path of self acceptance transformation and love My yoga journey began like many of us when things were not going so well in my life I was lost asleep in my body and going through the motions in life with little or no awareness Yoga woke up my body calmed and focused my mind and help me to create an amazing relationship with myself and others The best thing about yoga is that it gets better and better deeper and deeper and the gift of the practice continue to grow as you do I currently hold E-RYT E-RYT and YACEP designations with Yoga Alliance and I am Director of the Peaceful Warrior Yoga School I continue to grow learn and challenge myself in attending trainings workshops and reading inspiring books Additionally I have Yin Level One and Two Certifications along with a Reiki Level One Certification I teach Teacher Trainings Workshops and Vinyasa Flow Yin and Restorative Classes along the Gulf Coast I have been teaching public classes in Dothan AL since and currently teach at The Nature Gallery Yoga & Massage Studio in downtown Dothan.
