Like everyone else, I’ve had ups and downs, perceived failures and successes, life challenges and crises. No matter the external circumstances, I find stillness and peace with yoga. I want to share that gift with others, beginners and more advanced yogis. No matter where you are on the yoga journey, there is a welcoming place for you in my classes and in my heart.
