In I completed a hour teacher training program with JJ Gormley at the Sun & Moon Yoga School in Arlington VA  I am certified to teach yoga to people with Multiple Sclerosis with Karen Clarke ODonnell in and completed Mala Cunninghams Cardiac Yoga certification program in  I teach hatha yoga concentrating on awareness and alignment  Over the years I have taught people  who are blind have MS heart conditions and other restrictions including restrictions to wheelchairs  In I participated in Swami  Jnanashvara Bharatis three-week-long yoga meditation retreat in Rishikesh India   I believe that yoga asanas postures teach us to be present to be mindful and to be aware  Yoga meditation helps us to deal with the struggle of living a whole life  Yoga offers many gifts In all cases we must be present to win I have previously taught at the Greenville Yoga Center no longer operating the PORT program for recovering teens the Purple Blossom Yoga Studio Greenville NC  For about years prior to the COVID Pandemic I held and taught meditation sessions at my home   I currently teach hatha yoga classes at East Carolina University Healths our local hospital Wellness Center and at the Caswell Developmental Center in Kinston NC I have previously taught meditation classes at the Purple Blossom Yoga Studio and chair yoga classes at the hospitals cancer center  I have loaded a number of short videos as well as full length classes on my YouTube channel which can be accessed by searching for YogiDonaldo  Or go directly to my YouTube Channel: https://wwwyoutubecom/channel/UCCFF-EqjAMMogCQXEbd_Q.
