My name is Dongfang a Yoga Alliance–certified yoga instructor filmmaker and artist who brings creativity and depth into every class With over hours of yoga teacher training I have developed my own signature style that blends mindful breathing precise alignment and artistic flow My classes are more than exercise—they are experiences of healing and self-discovery Whether guiding students through foundational Hatha therapeutic Yin or powerful creative Vinyasa I weave together strength stillness and spirit in a way that feels both grounding and uplifting Drawing on my artistic background I approach yoga as an evolving art form—where movement breath and awareness meet to create balance and renewal Students describe my teaching as calming inspiring and deeply healing helping them not only feel better in their bodies but also more at peace in their daily lives Outside the studio I manage my YouTube channel Artistry in Balance @Artistrybalance where I channel my artistry through video music and yoga Beyond yoga I find joy in playing cello with my musician husband and treasures every moment with our two daughters.
