Donna Karen Benavides had her first exposure to Yoga with a semester college elective course in NYC.
Years later in 2010, she found Yoga again or maybe it found her. Dedicating her time between raising her family, work and feeling the Yoga benefits with continuous practice, she completed her RYT® 200 Yoga Teacher training and received her Prenatal certification soon after. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree and Founder of ICP Care. Her practice, training and experience has exposed her to many styles of Yoga including Hatha, Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Kids, Chair, Restorative & Gentle Yoga. She enjoys teaching all levels and ages of students. Her compassion and love of Yoga is an inspirational extension through lovingly guiding her students with asanas, pranayama and meditation to reconnect with their essence. “Journey with me to guide you toward the beautiful Yoga mind-body-breath awareness to connect within.”
