Hello, my name is Donna, I’ve been practicing yoga regularly since 2014.
I completed a 200 hour certification in 2017. I started practicing yoga as a way to slow down and cope with work-related stress as an RN, family challenges and “over” exercising. With a regular yoga practice I learned to pause, respond to stressors versus react, and started regarding myself and others with more kindness. I am grateful for my yoga journey and the opportunity to share my passion.
