Donna Clark is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS), a wife and mother of four, is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor and Ayurvedic doctor (R.A.D), with a background in holistic wellness and counseling.
After serving in the United States Navy for a decade, she overcame challenges of PTSD and depression through meditation, Reiki, and Ayurveda. Inspired by her journey, she became a Reiki Master practitioner and earned a Masters of Science in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine. Donna's holistic approach integrates Ayurvedic principles, yoga, and Reiki to provide personalized treatment plans for mind, body, emotions, and spirit. As a member of AAPNA, PWA, Healy World, and The Universal Life Church, Donna is dedicated to empowering individuals towards healing and freedom.
