Yoga is for everyone, healthy body and clear mind. As a teacher I strive to offer my best to each student. Together, in communication, we find what works for you. Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow 200 RYT. Have taken trainings/ workshops/ intensives with - Seane Corn, Bryan Kest, Stacy Dockins and Philip Urso with LIVE LOVE TEACH, Leslie Kaminoff, and more... I own Blue Sky Yoga, located in Ruston, LA, and Monroe, LA. Each studio has an array of classes, and 200 RYT training is offered yearly. I live in Ruston, Louisiana.
