Donna Riehl is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.
She is currently working on her 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training. She is certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise) as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Donna teaches Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Yin, and Restorative practices. She is a former School Teacher and Guidance Counselor with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and a Master of Arts in Counselor Education. Donna has taught at various Studios, Gyms, Rec Centers, Clubhouses, private residences, Pop Ups, and a Spa. She currently teaches on a U.S. Navy base and at a friend's Shala. What started as a hobby is now a way of life for her! She loves to travel and is always looking forward to her next adventure!
