~~ I fell in love with yoga in my late teens and practiced as time allowed for 40 years. I completed Hatha Yoga teacher training (RYT 200) after retirement, returning to my roots. My intent was personal: to manage mid-life health challenges, age gracefully, and deepen my own practice. Friends encouraged me to teach and share my practice with others. I branded my yoga practice, KISS Yoga: Keep It Slow & Simple. The acronym, KISS, reflects the love I have for yoga the need for simplicity as we age. KISS Yoga is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike who enjoy a slower paced, more mindful practice, moving with the breath into stretches and poses that can be easily modified.
