Doreen Bydume is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT with Yoga Alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School RYS As an RYT®️ and Owner of the Thriving Yogi Studio I specialize in private yoga instruction Whether you are new to yoga or a practicing yogi private instruction provides space and opportunities to develop your practice with customized classes to meet your needs and goals Students receive customized instruction and support to deepen their practice and gain a fuller understanding of yoga in a private space In addition to the focused attention during yoga studio sessions students receive customized yoga sequences for use at home to encourage development of a thriving home-based yoga practice I offer a wide variety of classes for individuals and groups including: hatha vinyasa yin restorative adaptive pre-natal trauma-informed yogaYoga for Arthritis Level chair yoga and yoga nidra.
